Website has been hacked, need help!

my website, http://www.tmar.nl has been hacked.

The website has not been updated since 1 year.

Can somebody help me with this?

You are still using Release 1.1-RC4 27-08-2004
You should definately take the effort to update to the latest version 1.2.8.

go to http://phpwcms-docu.de/index.php?english_version
and click on "Installation & Upgrade"
